The Design Process

Step 1: Initial Consultation

A free consultation appointment will be set up with an educated designer.  We will listen to your wants and needs as you walk the property with our designer.  It is important to be as specific as possible during this meeting so our designer knows exactly what you expect of them.  If you have a budget in mind, here is a great time to share it so we can give you an idea of what you can expect.

Step 2: Concept Drawing

Using the information collected during the consultation we will bring to life your unique landscaping project.  Our educated and experienced designer will create a 3D rendering of your new landscape.  The details of planting areas, hardscaping areas, material choices and planting preferences will be mapped out on this plan.  This phase may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on the extent of the project.

Step 3: Follow-Up Consultation

During this time our designer will present the concept drawing along with a materials and plants list.  Client will be presented with a 3D walk through of the entire project to get a more realistic visual.  Minor changes will be made at this time and material and plant preferences will be agreed upon.  A final agreement will be made between our designer and the client.  An approximate start date and time frame of the project will be presented.

Step 4: Execution

Here the project will be transferred from paper to reality.  The installation of the design will be supervised by a crew leader every step of the way.  This will ensure all details will be included during the installation process.

Step 5: Maintenance

The first couple of years are the most difficult for transplanted trees and shrubs.  Our skilled maintenance teams will ensure the livelihood of your new plantings and lawn so you can begin enjoying your new landscape immediately.  We will take into consideration plant and lawn fertilization, plant protection, pruning, spring and fall cleanups, disease control and much more!
